Frequently Asked Questions
Q.How far in advance do I need to reserve an inflatable?
A.ASAP... When you have a confirmed date for your party or event, we highly recommend that you book your inflatable. Weekends and holidays fill up quickly on our calendar; there's nothing worse than getting your party organized, then calling to book an inflatable and finding out that the one your child wanted is not available.
Q.Are inflatables safe?
A.Yes! Your child's safety is our number one concern. Our inflatable's are constructed as the safest in the industry, made in the USA and have been certified by registered professional engineers to meet or exceed all standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). Each inflatable is secured in place by either steel stakes or sand bags and safety ramps are located under the entrances. Upon delivery we will provide you with a Safety sheet which can be used in guiding your guests for a safe experience within your chosen inflatable.
Q.What kind of power is required?
A.Our inflatables will require a standard 110v household outlet. For trouble free service, we supply the extension cords and ask that nothing else be plugged into that outlet. We also ask that the inflatable be kept within 100 feet of that outlet. If your party is at a county park or location without power, do not worry, we can also provide you a rental generator for your convenience.
Q.What type of surface can the inflatable be placed on?
A.The safest location is a level, grassy area; however, we can set up your inflatable on concrete or pavers. Please specify when reserving your inflatable which type of surface you have so we can properly anchor the inflatable prior to your event.
Q.Is Naples Inflatables insured?
A.YES! The state of Florida and Collier County does not require insurance for inflatable rentals, however, YOUR child's safety and YOUR peace of mind is our number one concern, thus, Naples Inflatables is fully insured. In addition, if your party is located at a county park, we also carry the liability insurance that they require.
Q.What isn't allowed in the ANY of the inflatables?
A.Silly string is a big NO, a chemical in it will put a whole in the inflatables and destroy them. Shoes, belts basically anything that can puncture the inflatables. No soap or detergents of any kind in the inflatables. No food and/or drinks. Any damages will be paid by the renter.
